  • What is the return policy on your products?
  • One Source Suppliers accepts returns on new products that have never been opened and are in the original condition and packaging. Returns must be made within seven (7) days from the date the order is received. 
  • It is recommended that return shipments are shipped using a traceable shipping method as One Source Suppliers is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

  • Do you offer credit or terms?
  • In most cases, upon approval of a credit application, One Source Suppliers will offer credit terms to dealers. In some cases, however, corporate policy may override the ability of a dealer to purchase on credit terms. Before completing the credit application, contact your corporate office (if applicable) or contact us to inquire about such policies.

  • Will all the products be available when I place an order?
  • Every attempt is made to maintain up-to-date inventory levels of all products. However, a situation may arise where the quantity that is ordered is not available, our shipping department will ship whatever quantity is available.

  • Universal products are products that are designed to operate on multiple devices. For example, a vehicle charger with a micro-USB connector will charge any device that has a micro-USB charging port.

  • When will my submitted order ship?
  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) typically ship that business day. For Saturday delivery, the customer will have to specifically request it and cover the fees associated thereof.

  • You can ship to multiple locations as long as they are listed in your user account.,

  • Is there a minimum or maximum order quantity?
  • There is no minimum order quantity; however, you are limited to the inventory that is currently in stock. The maximum order size depends on the inventory available for purchase.

  • Do I have to place my order over the internet?
  • All orders should be placed using the web portal as it keeps order history, tracking information and other vital data. Alternatively orders can be placed by a sales rep using the web portal.

  • Can I have multiple users in my account?
  • Yes, you can have multiple users, each with their own permissions.

  • Can I cancel or modify my order?
  • It might not be possible to change or cancel an order because our products ship so quickly. Please contact us, to submit a request to change or cancel your order. Our customer service team will respond to as quickly as possible.
